Do you have unexpected company, or forgot about the big game? These tapas are so easy to make and only take minutes. Everyone should find these ingredients in their fridge, and who doesn't love Sriracha hot chili sauce, which brings this tasty recipe all together. Serve with crackers, a sliced baguette, or nacho chips.


7 slices of Schneiders Bologna
.5 cup cream cheese-softened
1 tsp Sriracha hot chili sauce
1 tsp Sriracha hot chili sauce-for garnish
2 pickles-sliced-for garnish


Mix softened cream cheese together with the Sriracha hot chili sauce until well mixed. Using a spatula spread a layer of the cream cheese mix all over the top of the first slice of Bologna. Then add the second slice of Bologna to the top of the first, spread a layer of the mix evenly over the top. Repeat these steps until all the Bologna has been used. Slice into 8 pieces, or more if you like. Top each Tapa with a slice of pickle and use a skewer to hold them in place. Use the remaining 1 tsp. of Sriracha hot chili sauce to dot the plate for color and dipping.


If you do not have time to let the cream cheese soften on the counter, just pop it into the microwave for 10-15 seconds. This will help a lot.
