Ingredients

1 Pkg squash/sliced
12 pcs. of shrimp/shelled
1 can coconut milk
3 chillies
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 onion chopped
1 garlic chopped
2 tbsp veg oil

Directions

heat up pan, add oil , saute garlic and onion..add sliced squash, coconut milk and shrimp. boiled to cook add the chillies on top.

Notes

no need for occasion to enjoy some yummy tropical dish..
