This recipe is as easy as it looks but very refreshing and delicious on the warm Spring days.
|1/4 cup||feta cheese|
|1||bunch fresh basil (or cilantro)|
|2||tablespoons lemon or lime juice|
|1/2 cup||sliced red onion (optional)|
Slice watermelon into cubes, cucumber into chunks, slice onion if you choose (I did not for the kids). Mix in lemon or lime juice. Chop up fresh basil (cilantro works too) and sprinkle feta on top. Easy peasy.
