spinach artichoke dip

This is a family favourite for get-togethers!

Ingredients

1 can artichokes
1 can mild green chilies
1 cup light sour cream
1 cup light mayo
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 Pkg Knorrs cream of leek soup (dry)
1 tsp garlic
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

drain and chop artichokes, then add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix together. Put in oven safe dish and heat until hot and bubbly at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. (will take max time or more if is very cold from being prepared ahead and chilled.) A family favourite...serve with sturdy crackers or tortilla chips!
