About this Recipe

I had jaw surgery and needed to find a way to get some greens into me so I came up with this delicious recipe!

Ingredients

1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 large apple
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger

Directions

Add spinach and milk (can use almond milk or soy milk or even water if you wish) to blender and liquefy. Chop up apple (with or without skin) and add to blender with spices. Blend for 15-30 seconds. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
