Spicy Thai Sliders infused with freshly grated ginger, ground white pepper and hot chili sauce. These bold flavours are sure jumpstart your taste buds!


1 Package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Extra Lean Ground Chicken
2 tbsp (30 mL) Panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp (15 mL) Grated fresh ginger
.5 tsp (2 mL) Ground white pepper
2 tsp (10 mL) Hot chili sauce
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp (15 mL) Lemon juice
1 tsp (5 mL) Lemon zest
1 Green onion, minced
1 tbsp (15 mL) Chopped cilantro
1 tbsp (15 mL) Vegetable oil


COMBINE chicken, breadcrumbs, ginger, white pepper, hot chili sauce, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, green onion and cilantro in a large bowl. Gently mix together using your hands. Divide into nine even slider patties. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add meat patties and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until an internal temperature of 185°F (85°C) has been reached.

TOP with your favourite toppings and serve.
