Build yourself one delicious sandwich with sauerkraut, turkey breast, sriracha hot chilli sauce and sliced swiss cheese on top of a yummy Villaggio® Italian Style Crustini Bun.

|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Butter|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Spicy mustard|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Whipped salad dressing|
|.5 tsp||(2 mL) Relish|
|.5 tsp||(2 mL) Ketchup|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Sriracha hot chilli sauce|
|.5||½ (175 g) Package Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast|
|.33 cup||(80 mL) Sauerkraut|
|1||Slice Swiss cheese|
PREHEAT broiler to high heat.
SPREAD the cut sides of the bun with butter. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and place the buns, cut side down, in the pan and grill for 2 minutes or until golden and toasted.
MIX together mustard, whipped salad dressing, relish, ketchup and sriracha. Spread over the toasted sides of the bun. Place turkey on the bottom half of the bun.
HEAT sauerkraut in a microwave for one minute or until heated through. Drain excess liquid and place on top of turkey. Top with cheese and place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with the remaining bun and serve.
