Sweet and spicy Prime chicken wings baked
crisp in the oven.
|2||Packages Maple Leaf Prime Naturally®Chicken Wings|
|Salt and pepper|
|3 tbsp||(45 mL) Hoisin sauce|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Lime juice|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Sesame oil|
|3 tbsp||(45 mL) Sriracha chili garlic sauce|
|3 tbsp||(45 mL) Maple syrup|
PREHEAT oven to 400°F (200°C).
SPREAD chicken wings out on a wire rack placed over a rimmed baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Pour enough water into the pan to just cover the bottom. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
COMBINE remaining ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
REMOVE foil and discard water from the bottom of the pan. Bake uncovered for an additional 20-30 minutes or until golden and crispy. Add cooked wings to sauce and toss before serving.
