|19 oz||can chickpeas|
|2||clove garlic, peeled and smashed|
|1/3 cup||good olive oil (reserve a drizzle for garnish)|
|1/8 cup||cold water|
|3 tbsp||lemon juice|
|1 tsp||chili powder|
|pinch of salt to taste|
|dashes of hot sauce|
Mix all the listed ingredients in a blender for best consistency.
Garnish with a pinch of paprika.
Adjust the level of garlic, lemon juice and spice to find the right balance for you.
