Delicious, healthy vegetarian wrap with a hint of heat.


3 Zucchini
2 Red peppers
3 Carrots
1 cup Button mushrooms
1 Onion
1 cup Snow peas
1 cup Bean sprouts
4 Dempsters original tortillas
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp Garlic chili sauce
2 tbsp Lime juice
3 Cloves garlic (crushed)
250 g Soft goat cheese
1/4 tsp Sriracha sauce


Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic chili sauce and crushed garlic in a small bowl.
Slice zucchini, peeled carrots, onion and red peppers in 1/4" slices lengthwise. Slice mushrooms in half. Marinade all vegetable's except bean sprouts in olive oil mix for 1-2 hours.
Grill marinated vegetable's on bbq in grilling tray until al dente, about 6-7 minutes.
Beat soft goat cheese with sriracha sauce.
Divide cheese mix into 4 and spread on each tortilla.
Once vegetable's are cooked, remove from bbq and toss with bean sprouts.
Place 1/4 of vegetable mix onto each tortilla, fold in both ends and wrap tightly, cut in half and serve.
