We like things with a little kick in our house, so adding some chili pepper to my already delicious homemade garlic butter made a new and interesting garlic bread!
|2||slices Villaggio thick cut bread|
|1/4 cup||salted butter, softened to room temperature|
|1 tbsp||chopped fresh parsley|
|2 tsp||minced garlic|
|1/2 tsp||olive oil|
|1 tsp||chili powder|
|pinch of salt|
Pre-heat oven to 425.
Using a hand mixer on low, mix together butter, parsley, garlic, olive oil, chili powder, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Spread 2tbsp of the seasoned garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place bread, buttered side up, on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 6-8min or until golden brown.
