Spicy Egg Sandwich with Crunch

About this Recipe

This recipe becomes versatile. It starts with boiled eggs and then spices and crunch makes it more appealing than the ordinary egg sandwich.

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 medium tortillas
.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/3 cup crush walnuts
1/2 cup chopped celery stalk
1/2 cup Fenel bulb
1 tbsp light Mayo
1 tbsp mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper and salt

Directions

Boil eggs.
Mash with fork - sprinkle cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt. Mash.
Add walnuts, celery and fennel bulb. Stir and mix well.

In a little bowl add mustard and mayo - mix. Spread this mixture on the tortillas as evenly as possible

Add shredded and lettuce and mixture of eggs.
Wrap the tortillas. Serve.

Notes

Any occasion dish - excellent for lunches.
