This recipe becomes versatile. It starts with boiled eggs and then spices and crunch makes it more appealing than the ordinary egg sandwich.
|.25 tsp||Cayenne Pepper|
|1 cup||shredded lettuce|
|1/3 cup||crush walnuts|
|1/2 cup||chopped celery stalk|
|1/2 cup||Fenel bulb|
|1 tbsp||light Mayo|
|1/4 tsp||black pepper and salt|
Mash with fork - sprinkle cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt. Mash.
Add walnuts, celery and fennel bulb. Stir and mix well.
In a little bowl add mustard and mayo - mix. Spread this mixture on the tortillas as evenly as possible
Add shredded and lettuce and mixture of eggs.
Wrap the tortillas. Serve.
Any occasion dish - excellent for lunches.
