great way to use up some left overs, works with egg salad as well, will help cool the burn from the hot sauce.
|1||Maple Leaf Prime Chicken Breast|
|1/4 cup||prepared potato salad|
|1||portobello mushroom, stem removed|
|2 tsp||cheddar, shredded|
|2 tsp||sirracha sauce|
|salt and pepper|
Preheat the grill. Season chicken and portobello mushroom with salt and pepper and grill for 3-5 minutes per side. In the last min of cooking, brush both sides of chicken with sriracha sauce. toast bun on grill. Roughly chop chicken and place potato salad on bun, then mushroom, chicken, cheese and more salad if desired. enjoy!
