Some like it hot. Fire up the grill for this chicken cheeseburger.
|500 g||Maple Leaf Prime Naturally Extra Lean Ground Chicken|
|35 g||package fajita seasoning|
|1/2 cup||chopped fresh cilantro|
|2 tbsp||lime juice|
|1/4 cup||minced onion|
|1/4 cup||prepared salsa|
|4||ciabatta quattro bun|
|4||slices process cheese|
|4||thin slices of onion|
|4||slices of tomato|
In a large bowl combine chicken, spice mix, half of cilantro, onion and lime juice. Form into 4 square patties and grill until done. A minute before burgers are done, place a square of cheese on to melt.
Cut buns in two and add a burger/cheese pattie. top each with a tbsp salsa, a tbsp cilantro, a slice of onion and a slice of tomato.
The chicken is quite lean o try not to overcook as it will dry out.
