Super healthy and delicious smoothie recipe for those who need something on the go!

Ingredients

2 Orange
2 Carrot
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 cup Milk
1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions

Cut ends of carrot and peel the orange. Break these into smaller pieces and throw in the blender. Add the spices then the milk and finally the ice. Blend for 45 seconds or until smooth

*Can substitute almond or soy milk for regular milk
