Really quick and so tasty! Yummy melted cheese with ham, pepper and bacon, some sweet BBQ sauce and a sprinkle of fresh green onion.
|4 tbsp||(60 mL) Cheese spread|
|2 cups||(500 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Maple Leaf® Country Kitchen® Smoked Ham/Schneiders® Country Naturals™ Smoked Ham, diced|
|1||Red pepper, diced|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Ready prepared bacon bits|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) BBQ sauce|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Green onions, chopped|
PREHEAT oven to 425°F (220°C).
ARRANGE tortillas on two baking sheets. Spread each with 1 tbsp (15 mL) of cheese spread leaving a ½” (1 cm) border. Sprinkle with ½ cup (125 mL) of grated Cheddar. Divide the ham, pepper and bacon bits between the four pizzas, drizzle with BBQ sauce and bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy. Scatter with green onions and serve.
