|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Olive oil|
|1/4 tsp||(1 mL) Salt|
|1/4 tsp||(1 mL) Pepper|
|1||Yellow pepper, seeded and quartered|
|1||Red pepper, seeded and quartered|
|1||Small zucchini, thinly sliced|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Grated Comtomme cheese, (or similar)|
|6||Schneiders® Juicy Jumbos Original Wieners|
|6||Dempster’s®/Ben's® Original Hot Dog Buns|
PREHEAT BBQ to medium-high.
DRIZZLE olive oil, salt and pepper over the peppers and zucchini. Grill vegetables for about 3 minutes per side or until evenly char-grilled. Remove from the grill and cut into thin strips. Set aside.
BBQ wieners for 6-7 minutes, turning frequently until heated through.
ASSEMBLE hot dogs by placing a wiener on each bun and topping with grilled vegetables and grated cheese.
