Using Dempster's® Tortillas to give lunch a hug. So simple to make a satisfying, healthy lunch.


4 Dempster's® Tortillas
1 cup Basmati Rice, cooked
1/2 cup Salsa
1/2 cup Canned three bean mix
1/2 cup Corn


Cook rice. Add salsa and mix. Mix beans with corn.
Toast Dempster's® Tortillas.for 10 mins in 350 degree oven. Turn over and lightly toast other side.
Spread rice and mixture on tortillas.
Spread bean and corn mixture on top of rice.
Roll up Tortillas and return to oven for 5 more minutes.
Serve warm.
