This is a quick and easy recipe the whole family will enjoy! It has a tangy sweetness that pairs well with rice, and steamed vegetables to make a complete meal!
|4||Maple Leaf Prime boneless, skinless chicken breasts|
|250 ml||Soya Sauce|
|250 ml||Canadian Maple Syrup|
|1 tsp||Garlic cloves, minced|
|0.5 tsp||Dried ginger|
|0.5 tsp||Black pepper|
1. In a casserole dish mix all ingredients except chicken. Once mixed add chicken and let marinade for at least 2-3 hours in the fridge. Flip occasionally if chicken breasts are not covered in marinade.
3. Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees F.
4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve with rice, and steamed vegetables.
