|150 g||Package Maple Leaf Prime® Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips|
|125 ml||Canned black beans, rinsed and drained|
|250 ml||Shredded Monterey Jack cheese|
|125 ml||Mild salsa|
|50 ml||Chopped cilantro|
|50 ml||Chopped green onion|
PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C).
COMBINE chicken, beans, cheese, salsa, cilantro, and green onion in a large bowl and mix.
DIVIDE mixture evenly, placing on half of each pita.
FOLD over pita to form a half moon and place on a baking tray. Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese melts, or microwave on high for 2 minutes.
