Combine Maple Leaf Prime® Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips with beans, cheese, salsa, cilantro and green onions to create a simple Southwestern Wrap that is sure to satisfy!


4 Dempster's®/POM® Pocketless Pitas
150 g Package Maple Leaf Prime® Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips
125 ml Canned black beans, rinsed and drained
250 ml Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
125 ml Mild salsa
50 ml Chopped cilantro
50 ml Chopped green onion


PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C).

COMBINE chicken, beans, cheese, salsa, cilantro, and green onion in a large bowl and mix.

DIVIDE mixture evenly, placing on half of each pita.

FOLD over pita to form a half moon and place on a baking tray. Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese melts, or microwave on high for 2 minutes.
