So fun and simple!
|.25 cup||Cream Cheese|
Blend the cream cheese (at room temp) and sugar together.
Using a sharp paring knife, core the strawberry, leaving a deep divot in the middle. Trim the tip of the strawberry so that it rests flat.
Fill the divot with the cream cheese filling using a small piping bag or plastic bag with one corner cut off.
Top with a gold fish.
