An easy appetizer for your next party. You can substitute any kind of hard cheese for your own preference.
Great served with BBQ sauce for dipping.


10 frozen meatballs
5 slices bacon
2 oz smoked cheddar-cut in small slices


Cut the bacon slices in half. on each slice place a piece of cheese and a meatball. Wrap the bacon tightly around it and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven until the bacon crisps (about 30 min).
