Smokey Spiced Cajun Chicken Sausages

My family love sausages and it always need to be the Scheider. Glad that they have the smoked sausage, now our meal is not complete without it, now part of my daily cooking. This recipe is so easy to make.

Ingredients

1 Pkg Schneiders -JMS Chicken Smoked Sausage MILD ITALIAN
250 g chicken breast, cooked
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 cup fresh mixed green salad
2 naan bread,
salt
pepper

Directions

Slice the Schneiders Chicken Smoked Sausages diagonally. Heat the pan, put 1 tbsp of olive oil, sprinkle with 1 tbsp cajun seasoning and sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil, once hot put the breast chicken and cooked on a high heat for 15 minutes until golden brown, transfer to a cutting board and slice.

In a small bowl, mixed 2 tbsp mayonnaise, add the remaining cajun seasoning, paprika and cayenne pepper, set aside. Pre-heat the naan bread for 1 minute in a microwave, spread half of the prepared mixed into one naan bread, add the fresh mixed salad, add the cooked chicken slices and topped with the Schneider's new Chicken Smoked Sausages. Repeat the procedure to the other naan bread. Cut into 6 pizza slices each naan bread. Serve and Enjoy.

You can also heat this in a grill and serve warm.

Notes

A twist in pizza preparation using a naan bread topped with Schneiders Chicken Smoked Sausages.You can even put this in a grill to heat up. Great for grilling this summer.
