Fresh cold smoked salmon on an English muffin with a hard boiled egg. You've gotta try this one!
|1||Dempster’s® 100% Whole Wheat English Muffin, split and lightly toasted|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Cream cheese|
|1 oz||(28 g) Smoked salmon|
|1||Hard boiled egg, sliced|
SPREAD each half of the English muffin with cream cheese. Layer with salmon, egg and spinach. Top with the remaining English muffin half and serve.
