A twist of a classic, the smoked Havarti pair really well the pear in this grilled cheese. Comfort food at it's best.


4 slices Dempster's ZERO 100% Whole Grain Bread
2 slices Smoked Havarti Cheese
1/2 pear, sliced
20 ml butter


1- Preheat skillet over medium heat.
2- Spread butter on one side of each slices of bread.
3- Place twos slices of bread in skillet, top with Smoked Havarti cheese and slices of pear. Top with a second slice of bread on top of sandwich.
4- Grilled until browned and flip over. Continue grilling until cheese is melted.
