About this Recipe

I make this in the slow cooker in the morning. By dinner time, it is tender and delicious. I get a loaf of fresh baked bread for dipping. The kids love it as well. Healthy, easy and yummy!


3 lbs Boneless Chicken Breasts
27 oz large can of organic diced tomatoes or chopped fresh if you have them
1 cup pitted black olived, with juice
2 tbsp capers with juice
2 tsp chopped garlic
.5 cup chopped basil
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
2 tsp salt


Place all ingredients into the slow cooker - chicken on the bottom. Set for 8 hours. Serve in a big bowl with a salad and some fresh bread for dipping.
