I make this in the slow cooker in the morning. By dinner time, it is tender and delicious. I get a loaf of fresh baked bread for dipping. The kids love it as well. Healthy, easy and yummy!
|3 lbs||Boneless Chicken Breasts|
|27 oz||large can of organic diced tomatoes or chopped fresh if you have them|
|1 cup||pitted black olived, with juice|
|2 tbsp||capers with juice|
|2 tsp||chopped garlic|
|.5 cup||chopped basil|
|1 tsp||Worchestershire sauce|
Place all ingredients into the slow cooker - chicken on the bottom. Set for 8 hours. Serve in a big bowl with a salad and some fresh bread for dipping.
