A great way to use your turkey leftovers!
|3 cups||de-boned, cooked, turkey leftovers|
|1||diced white onion|
|12||slices of bread|
De-bone leftover turkey (can be a mix of white and dark meat).
Place turkey, salsa, and onions in a slow cooker.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours, until the turkey pulls apart easily with a fork.
Shred and large pieces of turkey.
Stir, and serve warm on bread.
