I love the way the house smells as this is simmering away in the slow cooker, makes me feel like some one else is cooking me dinner.
|1||Maple Leaf Corned Beef Brisket|
|1||Onion - sliced|
|1 tbsp||Vegetable Oil|
|1 lb||Baby Potatoes (Red to White)|
|1 cup||Chicken Broth|
Fry the onion in the oil until lightly browned, then mix in Sauerkraut.
Place corned beef in slow cooker, place potatoes around it and top with Onion mixture.
Add Chicken Broth
Cook on high for 5 hours.
