|1/2 cup||(125 mL) BBQ sauce|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Hoisin sauce|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Plum sauce|
|1/2||Onion, finely chopped|
|2||Cloves garlic, minced|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Honey|
|1/2 tsp||(2 mL) Chinese 5 spice|
REMOVE the membrane from the back of the ribs by pulling off from one end. Cut the ribs into 1 or 2 bone portions. Place the ribs in the slow cooker.
WHISK together the remaining ingredients and pour over the ribs. Toss to coat. Cover and cook for 3-4 hours on high heat or 6-8 hours on low. Meat should be very tender and pull away from the bone easily.
