The classic Sloppy Joe sandwich with a flavorful Mexican twist!
|1||(425 g) Can ready prepared chili|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Frozen corn|
|1||Dempster’s® Deluxe Hamburger Bun|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Sour cream|
HEAT chili and corn in a small saucepan over medium until heated through, about 8 minutes.
ARRANGE the bottom half of the bun on a serving plate. Ladle the chili over the bun. Pick the leaves from the watercress and sprinkle over the chili. Add a dollop of sour cream and the top of the bun.
