About this Recipe

Inspired by a leftover pack of hoisin sauce I had in my fridge! A healthy recipe that will satisfy your entire family - kids and adults alike

1 lb lean ground beef
2 tomatoes
2 onions
1/3 cup spicy salsa
1/8 cup hoisin sauce
8 hamburger buns

Start beef in a skillet on high heat and cook until browned. While cooking use wooden spoons to cut into smaller pieces. Roughly chop onions and tomatoes and finely chop in a food processor. When all meat is browned drain out the fat then add the tomatoes, onions, salsa and hoisin sauce. Cook this to until onions are soft and enough liquid has been absorbed so they aren't too sloppy ;) Toast hamburger buns and serve each plate with two face up buns and a scoop of Ho-Jo mixture on each
