Sliced Turkey with Sage Mayo and Arugula

About this Recipe

A nice light and fresh sandwich..great to pack in a lunch. Add cranberries or jam for a touch of sweetness if that's your preference.

Ingredients

1 crusy bun of your choice
3 slice of Maple Leaf Natural Selections sliced turkey
3 fresh sage leaves
4 slices English cucumber
handful of fresh arugula
1 tsbp of real mayo
salt and pepper to taste
drizzle of olive oil

Directions

For the sage mayo, chop up the three leaves of sage and mix with mayo. Stir well and then spread on one half of sandwich.

Layer slices of Turkey, arugula, and cucumber. Drizzle olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Assemble and enjoy!
