Why order take-out when you can create a tasty Chicken Stir Fry at home in less then 15 minutes!
|15 ml||Vegetable oil|
|500 ml||Frozen Asian style vegetable mix|
|150 g||Package Maple Leaf Prime® Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips|
|125 ml||Sweet and sour stir-fry sauce|
|5 ml||Low sodium soy sauce|
|50 ml||Crushed pineapple, drained|
|250 ml||Cooked rice noodles|
|Finely sliced green onions|
HEAT oil a large nonstick skillet over medium-high.
ADD frozen vegetables and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add chicken strips, sweet & sour sauce, soy sauce and pineapple; Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
TOSS to combine vegetable mixture with cooked rice noodles. Garnish with green onion and serve immediately.
