Why order take-out when you can create a tasty Chicken Stir Fry at home in less then 15 minutes!


15 ml Vegetable oil
500 ml Frozen Asian style vegetable mix
150 g Package Maple Leaf Prime® Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips
125 ml Sweet and sour stir-fry sauce
5 ml Low sodium soy sauce
50 ml Crushed pineapple, drained
250 ml Cooked rice noodles
Finely sliced green onions


HEAT oil a large nonstick skillet over medium-high.

ADD frozen vegetables and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add chicken strips, sweet & sour sauce, soy sauce and pineapple; Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

TOSS to combine vegetable mixture with cooked rice noodles. Garnish with green onion and serve immediately.
