|8||Maple Leaf Prime RWA Chicken Thighs|
|1||(500 mL) jar Longo’s prepared muffuletta spread|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) vegetable oil|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat oil in a large oven proof skillet over medium high heat.
Brown chicken for about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Pour muffuletta spread over top of chicken.
Transfer skillet to oven and back for 30 to 35 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
Garnish with parmesan cheese if desired.
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
