Ingredients

1 Pkg Maple Leaf Natural Selections Slow Roasted Shredded Pork
1 Pkg Sesame buns
1 Bottle of BBQ sauce
1 cup Coleslaw dressing
1 Bag or 2 cups shredded prepared coleslaw
1 Small onion, sliced thin
2 Avocados, sliced thin
1/2 cup Water
Salt
Pepper

Directions

In large non-stick frying pan over medium heat add the shredded pork, 1 ½ cups of BBQ sauce and 1/2 cup of water, cook for 8-10 minutes or until hot and the liquid is reduced.

In a bowl, add the coleslaw, dressing, salt, pepper and toss well.

To assemble the sandwiches, top each bun bottom with pulled pork, slaw, 3 slices of onion and avocado. Place bun lid on the top and serve.
