|1||Bottle of BBQ sauce|
|1 cup||Coleslaw dressing|
|1||Bag or 2 cups shredded prepared coleslaw|
|1||Small onion, sliced thin|
|2||Avocados, sliced thin|
In large non-stick frying pan over medium heat add the shredded pork, 1 ½ cups of BBQ sauce and 1/2 cup of water, cook for 8-10 minutes or until hot and the liquid is reduced.
In a bowl, add the coleslaw, dressing, salt, pepper and toss well.
To assemble the sandwiches, top each bun bottom with pulled pork, slaw, 3 slices of onion and avocado. Place bun lid on the top and serve.
