This easy-to-make winning update of a favourite comfort food is a hearty main dish chock-full of colourful vegetables.
|1 lb||lean ground beef|
|2 cups||hot mashed potatoes|
|60 g||Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese , cubed|
|1 cup||Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese , divided|
|4 cups||frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas), thawed|
|1 cup||beef gravy|
Heat oven to 375ºF.
1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
2. Mix potatoes, cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and garlic until blended.
3. Combine meat, vegetables and gravy; spoon into 9-inch square baking dish.
4. Cover with potato mixture and remaining shredded cheese. Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
