Quick, easy and delicious


1 chopped onion
4 pieces sole filets (I used frozen vac packed)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 cups frozen vegetables
1/2 red pepper-diced
1 Pkg imitation crab legs-chopped
3 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp Mayonaise
2 tbsp sour cream
6 Dempsters dinner sized tortillas


In a skillet, saute onion in oil and butter until it begins to clear, add red peppers and sole filets, garlic, Thaw vegetables in microwave and add them to the skillet, along with the chopped crab. Soften cream cheese and stir into the skillet along with mayonnaise and sour cream. Combine thoroughly, making sure fish is fully cooked. Spoon onto wraps, fold and grill in a heated skillet to toast the wrap.
