About this Recipe

This is my husband's favourite. He loves fish for breakfast. He likes it in omelettes too.

Ingredients

1 Dempster's english muffins
1 Pkg artificial crab (sea legs)-chopped
2 sticks celery-chopped
1/2 bell pepper-chopped
1/4 cup mayonaise
1 leaf romaine
1 tbsp butter

Directions

Toast and butter English muffin. Combine chopped celery, peppers, and mayo in a bowl with the chopped crab legs. assemble on English muffin and top with lettuce.

Notes

The seafood mixture will make about 4 sandwiches.
