Scrambled Egg Wraps are an easy serve your self buffet brunch idea.

Ingredients

6 Flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed
6 Eggs beaten
0.5 cup Milk
4 Slices of Maple Leaf Country Kitchen Smoked Ham -cubed
0.25 cup Red, green or orange pepper chopped
0.5 tsp Salt and Pepper
0.5 cup Chopped tomato

Directions

Directions
In a large nonstick skillet, saute peppers and ham in oil.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.. Reduce heat to medium; add egg mixture to skillet. Cook and stir until eggs are completely set. Spoon 2/3 cup mixture down the center of each tortilla, top with chopped tomato.
Roll up and enjoy. You could add additional topping ie cheese.
