A quick and delicious meal to prepare with ham, ready in 15 minutes.
|1 cup||Schneiders® Olde Fashioned Fully Cooked Smoked Ham|
|cut||into thin slices|
|1 cup||Mozzarella Cheese|
|1 cup||Pizza Sauce|
|1 tsp||Italian Spices|
Line a large baking sheet with foil, lightly spray with vegetable oil. Place 2 tortillas under broiler and toast until golden brown. Flip tortillas over and toast the other side.
Remove baking sheet from oven. Spread pizza sauce on top of tortillas. Add ham, red pepper, (and any other vegetables you wish), and grated cheese. Sprinkle with Italian spices. Place the remaining 2 tortillas on top.
Return baking sheet to oven and toast until cheese is melted.
