An easy to assemble and serve breakfast casserole, loaded with tasty red-peppers and scrumptious smoked chicken sausages for a healthy and satisfying breakfast-brunch dish.
|1 Pkg||J.M.Schneiders Chicken Smoked Sausages (Sundried Tomato And Basil), sliced|
|3||slices of Bread, cubed|
|1/2 cup||Shredded Cheese|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly spray a medium pan, and sauté green onions, red pepper and smoked sausage until warmed (about 2 minutes).
Beat eggs with shredded cheese, salt and pepper
Grease a pie plate and cover bottom with cubed bread. Top with sautéd mixture. Pour beaten egg mixture over top
Bake for 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with sliced avocados or salsa, if desired.
