Try making these easy Egg Muffins at home using Maple Leaf® Fully Cooked Sausage Rounds or Ready Crisp Bacon!
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Water|
|4||MAPLE LEAF® Fully Cooked Sausage Rounds|
|4||DEMPSTER’S® English Muffins Plain|
|4||Cheese slices, any flavour|
|Salt and pepper|
HEAT non-stick skillet lightly coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
ADD eggs and cook until whites begin to set. Add water, cover pan and cook until desired doneness, approximately 2 minutes for soft or 4 minutes for firm. Meanwhile, heat sausage rounds according to package directions and toast English muffins.
PLACE cheese slices, sausage rounds and eggs on one half of each muffin. Season to taste.
COVER with remaining muffin halves and serve immediately.
