This is an easy and delicious BBQ idea perfect for a casual get together. Add any extra vegetables to make this even tastier


1 lb 454 g) Jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
4 Cobs sweet corn, cut into 5 cm rounds
1 lb Mini new potatoes, cooked
1 Pkg Package Country Naturals Original Smoked Sausage, sliced into 5 cm rounds
1 tbsp Cajun spice
1/2 cup Melted butter
Skewers, soaked in advance


PREHEAT BBQ to medium-high. Lightly coat grill with non-stick cooking spray.

THREAD shrimp, corn, potatoes and sausages onto skewers alternating as you go.

COMBINE Cajun spice and melted butter in a small bowl.

PLACE skewers onto preheated grill.
Brush with melted butter mixture and turn frequently until sausages are heated through, corn is nicely charred and the shrimp turns pink and cooks through.
