This easy one pkg BBQ meal has simple, delicious ingredients and no pans required for easy clean up!
The smoked mild sausage elevates the potato flavor and it's low calorie!.
You can make this in the comfort of your home or great for camping.
|1 Pkg||Schnieders Smoked Mild Italian chicken sausages, cut into 2 inch pieces|
|4||large white or yellow potatoes, peeled and cubed|
|1||orange bell pepper, seeded and diced|
|1||large onion, peeled, quartered|
|2 tsp||each salt and pepper|
Tear 4 sheets of foil approximately 12" x 12"
On each sheet place, 1 potato, 1 sausage, 1/4 each of onion and pepper, sprinkle with herbs and seasoning, then add a pat of butter.
Fold the foil over the ingredients to enclose tightly, pinching as you go.
Place on a hot BBQ grill (500F) for 30 min turning over every 10 min or so until potatoes are fork tender.
My dish is served with greens on the side for a complete meal
