Spicy and rich orange glazing sauce bring warmth to this holiday meal.
|4||Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts|
|1 cup||orange marmalade|
|1/2 cup||low-sodium teriyaki sauce|
|2 tsp||grated ginger|
|2 tbsp||freshly squeezed lemon juice|
Coat 9 inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a small sauce pot heat the marmalade, teriyaki and ginger over medium heat, stirring until mixture is melted and well combined.
Remove from heat, stir in the lemon juice.
Pour half of mixture in bottom of pan. Add chicken breasts, and pour remaining sauce over chicken.
Bake at 350° F for 45-60 minutes, until chicken juices run clear. (Baste after 15 minutes).
Remove from oven and place chicken on platter or plates; spread remaining sauce from pan on top of chicken.
Serve with a fresh, apple walnut salad, (as depicted), perfect for the Holiday Season.
