Salt and Vinegar Roasted Chickpeas

A Healthier alternative to S&V Chips!

Ingredients

1 can of chickpeas, 425g
2.5 can white vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
0.75 tsp sea salt, or more if you want

Directions

Put chickpeas and vinegar in a saucepan.

Add salt.

Bring vinegar to a boil and cook for one minuteish.

Remove from heat.

Cover pan and let soak for 30 minutes.

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet with parchment paper.

Drain the chickpeas in a colander. Discard the vinegar. Shake off the vinegar. Don't dry the chickpeas.

Transfer to baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Massage...

Roast for 20 minutes. Shake the sheet. Bake for 15 minutes more... until lightly charred.
