About this Recipe

I've always wondered why beef burgers are called hamburgers so I decided to create an actual HAM-burger! This turned out so wonderfully well, I am definitely going to be making this again! And my children all loved it, as well!

Ingredients

1 can Maple Leaf flaked ham
1 slice of bread
2 tbsp mayo
4 tbsp salsa
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Mix one can of Maple Leaf flaked ham with 1 piece of torn up bread, 2 large tbsps of mayo, 4 large tbsps of salsa and salt and pepper, to taste. Form into a patties, gently place in a frying pan and cook for a few minutes on each side, until cooked to your liking.

Notes

This made 4 burgers. And it was really delicious!
