Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

1 lb Salmon
45 ml Soy Sauce
20 ml Sugar
15 ml Sake

Directions

Cook Salmon until, well cooked under medium heat in a frying pan. Put sugar, sake, soy in another pan and cook on low heat until it becomes a thick sauce. Poor onto salmon when it thickens.
