A great recipe for salisbury steak which could just be made into BBQ'd burgers
|1 can||onion soup (french)|
|1.5 lbs||ground beef|
|2 tbsp||worechestershire sauce|
|1/2 tsp||mustard powder|
* mix together 1/3 cup of soup, ground beef, bread crumps, salt, and pepper.
* shape into oval patties, cook over medium heat, brown both sides and drain off fat.
* blend flour and the rest of the soup until well mixed, add the ketchup, mustard powder, and worechestershire sauce.
* pour this mixture over the meat patties, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until desired
