|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Grainy mustard|
|2 tsp||(10 mL) Pure maple syrup|
|Dash of hot sauce|
|1||(175 g) Package Cappola™ Genoa Salami|
PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).
LINE two baking sheets with parchment paper.
WHISK together mayonnaise, mustard, maple syrup and hot sauce together in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
ARRANGE salami on the baking sheets and bake in preheated oven for 7-8 minutes or until the salami is crisp. Remove from the oven and cool. It will crisp even further as it cools. Serve with sweet mustard dip.
