How easy is that? This is a great idea for a really quick appetizer. These easy ingredients can be kept on hand for unexpected guests!


1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 mL) Grainy mustard
2 tsp (10 mL) Pure maple syrup
Dash of hot sauce
1 (175 g) Package Cappola™ Genoa Salami


PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).

LINE two baking sheets with parchment paper.

WHISK together mayonnaise, mustard, maple syrup and hot sauce together in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

ARRANGE salami on the baking sheets and bake in preheated oven for 7-8 minutes or until the salami is crisp. Remove from the oven and cool. It will crisp even further as it cools. Serve with sweet mustard dip.
